Various shades of tulle folded and layered over each other. Roughly knee-length with fishtail hemline. Satin shash.
Rainbow of Light Dress
White dress with a layer of white chiffon, adorned with rainbow ribbon. Front shirring and transparent chiffon puff sleeves.
The name comes from the piece of rainbow that Megan gets in My Little Pony.
